PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PERSEPSI DAN DUKUNGAN ORGANIASI TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

ABSTRAK

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap employee engagement. Terdapat tiga variabel yang akan diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Budaya Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement; 2) Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement; 3) Budaya Organisasi dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement. Penelitian dikenakan kepada 63 karyawan Pt. Dermaga Sukses Jaya Abadi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y) dengan nilai p < 0,05 dan nilai p = 0,000. Ada pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi (X2) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y) dengan nilai p < 0,05 dan nilai p = 0,000. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi (X2) terhadap Employee Engagement (Y) dengan nilai p < 0,05 dan nilai p = 0,000, F = 26,518.

 

ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Organizational Culture and Perceived Organizational Support to the Employee Engagement. So there are three effects will be investigated in this study, namely : 1) Organizational Culture of the Employee Engagement. 2) Perceived Organizational Support to the Employee Engagement. 3) Organizational Culture and Perceived Organizational Support to the Employee Engagement. This research applied 63 to employees in Pt. Dermaga Sukses Jaya Abadi. sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study showed no effect of Organizational Culture (X1) against the Employee Engagement (Y) with grades p < 0,05 dan nilai p = 0,000. There is the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (X2) on the Employee Engagement (Y) with value p < 0,05 and values p = 0,000. Then there is the effect of Organizational Culture (X1) and Perceived Organizational Support (X2) against the Employee Engagement (Y) with p < 0,05 and p = 0,000, F = 26,518.
