PENGARUH MODAL PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN DI PT. GRAND MANDIRI UTAMA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on work engagement. The subject of this research is employees of PT. Grand Mandiri Utama. The sample of research is 212 people with sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data obtained based on the result of simple regression analysis showed the correlation coefficient value of psychological capital to the work engagement of 0,555 with p = 0,000 (p <0,05). These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed by researchers, namely there is a positive influence between psychological capital with work engagement PT. Grand Mandiri Utama is acceptable. The value of positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning the higher the psychological capital the higher the work attachment. Psychological capital gave effective contribution of 30.8% on work engagement and 69.2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

 

Abstrak

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal psikologis terhadap keterikatan kerja pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Grand Mandiri Utama. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 212 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil Analisis Regresi Sederhana menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi modal psikologis terhadap keterikatan kerja sebesar 0,555 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti, yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif antara modal psikologis dengan keterikatan kerja karyawan PT. Grand Mandiri Utama dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa searah, artinya semakin tinggi modal psikologis maka semakin tinggi keterikatan kerja. Modal psikologis memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,8% pada keterikatan kerja dan sebesar 69,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
