ANALISA KINERJA RUAS JALAN CIPTO MANGUN KUSUMO AKIBAT AKTIVITAS PROYEK JALAN PENDEKAT JEMBATAN MAHAKAM IV SAMARINDA SEBERANG

Abstract


The Cipto Mangun Kusumo Road section in Samarinda City includes a road with a very high level of busyness, both before the Mahakam IV Bridge Construction Road Construction Project is added with the Mahakam IV Bridge Construction Road Construction Project, this is due to the incompatibility of the volume of vehicles with capacity in the road. Usually density especially in the morning and evening hours, where the number of road users who go to work, school, etc. and there are obstacles such as vehicles parked on the road which is due to some shops and workshops that do not provide parking spaces, public transportation facilities that reduce passengers are prohibited place and then neglect of project workers, people to cross and vehicle in and out of shops, workshops, projects. Given this, traffic jams often occur which can hamper traffic and cause road capacity to decline. As for the Performance Analysis of the Cipto Mangun Kusumo Road Section As a Result of the Road Construction Project in the Mahakam IV Samarinda Bridge, it uses the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI'1997), which is described based on Form UR-1 in the form of general and road geometric conditions, UR-2 in the form of Advanced input data, namely Flow and Composition of traffic and Side Obstacles, UR-3 in the form of analysis of the speed of free flow of light vehicles, capacity and speed of light vehicles. In this study, the Performance Analysis of Cipto Mangun Kusumo Road Section Due to the Road Construction Project of the Mahakam IV Samarinda Bridge Across this Peak Summertime survey was conducted and the survey was conducted at 07.00-22.00. After calculating the existing data, Cipto Mangun Kusumo around the Approaching Road Project of the Mahakam IV Samarinda Seberang Bridge is 2366.7 pcu / hour and the service level is at level C, which means the back zone is stable, the speed of sound in the driver.
