PENGARUH OPERASI KAPAL, OPERASI DERMAGA, OPERASI GUDANG/LAPANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL MUAT BONGKAR PT MUGHNI BORNEO INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) The influence of Ship Operations on Operational Performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia, 2) The influence of Dock Operations on Operational Performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia, 3) The influence of Warehouse/Yard Operations on Operational Performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia. The theoretical framework used in this study includes Operational Management, Ship Operations, Dock Operations, Warehouse/Yard Operations, and Operational Performance.

The theoretical basis used is operational management, specifically multiple linear regression. This research was conducted only on employees of PT Mughni Borneo Indonesia. The sample taken was 32 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure each statement indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results show that: 1) Ship Operations have a positive and significant influence on operational performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia, 2) Dock Operations have a positive and significant influence on operational performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia, 3) Warehouse/Field Operations have a positive but not significant effect on operational performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia. The reasons are explained briefly in the field, 4) Ship Operations, Dock Operations, and Warehouse/Yard Operations collectively have a positive and significant influence on operational performance at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia. These results illustrate that good management of Ship Operations, Dock Operations, and Warehouse/Yard Operations can improve operational performance, making operational activities at PT. Mughni Borneo Indonesia more effective both in the office and in the field.
