Focus and Scope

JOL (journal of law) aims to be a peer-reviewed platform and a source of authoritative information on legal and judicial studies. Journal of Law is a journal of legal science that contains articles and ideas, and legal research which includes both empirical and normative studies.

Focus JoL (Journal of Law) includes:

JoL (Journal of Law) aims to facilitate and provide a forum for law scholars and professionals to discuss and promote the latest developments on legal issues. The Journal of Law aims to be a peer-reviewed platform and a source of authoritative information on legal studies.

The scope of JoL (Journal of Law) is analytical, objective, empirical, and contributive literature on the dynamics and development of legal studies, especially in Indonesia.

Peer Review Process

Each article submitted to the editorial staff will be selected through a Preliminary Review process by the Editorial Board. Next, the articles will be sent to Bestari Partners / peer reviewers and will go to the next selection through the Blind Preview Process. Each article is reviewed by the selected. After that the article will be returned to the author for revision. This process takes a maximum of a month. In each manuscript, Mitra Bebestari / peer reviewer will review the substantial and technical aspects. Bestari partners / peer reviewers associated with the Journal of Legal Studies (Jurnal Ilmu Hukum) are experts in the field of law and the latest issues around it. Experienced in managing journals and publications that are well known throughout the country.

All articles submitted are evaluated by the Editor Team. Articles that are evaluated by the editor not meeting the journal's criteria are immediately rejected without external review. Articles that were rated extraordinarily interesting to us were submitted to multiple reviewers. The editor then makes a decision on the reviewer recommendation from the possibilities: rejected, needs revision, or acceptance.

Pembaca memiliki hak untuk membaca, mengunduh, menyalin, mendistribusikan, mencetak, mencari, atau menautkan ke teks lengkap dari semua artikel dalam Wacana Hukum. Jurnal ini memberikan akses terbuka langsung ke isinya dengan prinsip bahwa membuat penelitian tersedia secara gratis untuk publik mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication.
Publishing articles in (JoL) Jurnal Hukum is an important foundation in developing a coherent and respected knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the publishing agencies that support it. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore imperative to enforce standards of ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in publicity: writers, editors, publishers, and the public. (JoL) The Law Journal carries out duties in all stages of the story with responsibility and responsibility. (Jol) Jurnal Hukum is committed to ensuring that advertisements, reprints, or other commercial revenue do not impact or influence editorial decisions.

(JoL) The Journal of Law has high standards for ethical behavior expected of all parties involved in the publishing act: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, and publishers. (JoL) Journal of Law is a peer-reviewed journal, published three times a year. It is available online as open source as well as in print. This statement explains the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including authors, chief editors, editorial board, reviewers, and publishers.

Publication Decisions
The editorial staff (JoL) of the Journal of Law is responsible for deciding which articles to submit to journals should be published. Editors can be guided by the editorial board (JoL) policy of the Journal of Law and are limited by the legal requirements that will apply regarding slander, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. Editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making publication decisions.

Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff may not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than authors, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisors and appropriate publishers.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Unpublished material disclosed in the submitted manuscript may not be used in the editor's own research without the written consent of the author

 

Author Guidelines

Articles are scientific papers in the form of conceptual ideas or research results.
This article is an original work and has never been published in other print media.
Articles can be written in Indonesian and English on A4 paper as many as 10-15 pages, the writing provisions are using Times New Roman, Font 12.
Authors are required to send files and print them using Microsoft Word by sending an email to journalofl@gmail.com.
The submission and processing of articles in this journal are free of charge.
