ANALISIS TINGKAT RESIKO KREDIT PADA BANK KALTIM TAHUN 2015

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the level of credit risk in the Bank Kaltim Year 2010 to the Year 2015 by calculating the Non Performing Loan (NPL) Bank Kaltim during the years 2010 to 2015 are below 5% in accordance with the provisions of Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No. 15/2 / PBI / 2013 article 5, paragraph 2 points a.

Which became the formulation of the issues raised in this study is Is Bad Debt Rate Non Performing Loan (NPL) Bank Kaltim net basis less than 5% of the total credit in the financial year 2010-2015?. The hypothesis is allegedly the level of bad loans or non-performing loans (NPL) Bank Kaltim net basis less than 5% of the total credit in the financial year 2010 to 2015.

The results showed, based on the financial statements, the results of the analysis can be seen that NPL calculation of non-performing loans and total loans of 3.23% Bank of East Kalimantan. The biggest contributor to the non-performing loans is the construction sector which has become a hallmark for the region to build such a province of East Kalimantan and North Borneo. The largest decrease is in agriculture and forestry sub-sector which dominates the palm oil plantation. With the exploitation of oil in 2013 and 2015 pointed out many problematic credit repayments from customers.
