ANALISIS PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU TELUR BEBEK PADA DEPOT JAMU SEHAT BERSAMA DI SAMARINDA
Abstract
Meilina Rahayu, Analysis of Raw Ingredients of Duck Eggs at Depot Jamu Sehat Bersama In Samarinda, under the guidance of Mr. Mulyadi SyP and Mr. Adi Suroso.
The problem of raw material supply is a dilemmatic problem. If the company lacks inventory then the result is unable to meet consumer demand. On the other hand, if inventory exceeds capacity then total inventory costs are higher.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the optimal order quantity of raw duck eggs required by Depot Jamu Sehat Bersama In Samarinda.
The analytical tool used is linear trend method to find out the requirement of duck egg raw material needed in June until December 2015 and inventory method that is EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), safety stock, re order point, and total inventory cost.
Based on the results of the research is known that the method of EOQ Depot Jamu Sehat Bersama Deposit can make savings on inventory cost of Rp 409.036,00 and have a safety stock and can know when the right time to place back orders.
In establishing the policy of raw material stock of duck eggs the depot owner should consider the use of inventory method so that the herbal medicine depot can purchase the optimal duck egg raw material with more efficient inventory cost.
