Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Dengan Balanced Scorecard Pada CV Tabalong Sakti
Abstract
This study aims to assess the company's performance from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business and learning on CV Tabalong Karya Sakti in Samarinda city. The analysis used in this study is qualitative and quantitative research with ROA analysis tools, Customer Satisfaction Level, NGR, Employee Productivity and Percentage of skilled employees. The method used in this research is library research and field research which is used to obtain respondent data on the level of customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that there is an improvement from the perspective of finance, customers, internal business and learning in CV Tabalong Karya Sakti from 2018 to 2019
