Pengaruh Kualitas Laba, Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Textile & Garment Tbk. Periode 2018-2021

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earnings quality, profitability and liquidity on firm value in textile & garment companies, Tbk. Period 2018-2021. The theory used in this study is financial management, earnings quality, profitability, liquidity, company value, and stocks. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 16 companies. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the earnings quality and liquidity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, while the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value. For every 1% increase in NPM, it will result in a decrease in company value by 62.74%.

The conclusion in this study is that the earnings quality and liquidity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value while the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality, profitability and liquidity variables together have a significant effect on firm value variables. Variations in earnings quality, profitability and liquidity variables can explain variations in firm value variables of 54.86%.
