PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.ALTRAK 1978 SANGATTA

Abstract

ANANDA PRICILLYA TONAPA, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Samarinda. The Effect of Physical Work Environment on Employee Work Productivity at PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta under the guidance of Mrs. Eka Yudhyani as Supervisor I and Mrs. Camelia Verahastuti as Supervisor II.

        This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on employee productivity at PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta. The research problems are as follows: Does the physical work environment affect the work productivity of employees at PT Altrak 1978 Sangatta.

       Hypothesis is based on the problem formulation and background, then the physical work environment (X) has a significant effect on work productivity (Y) employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta.

       Basic theory used in this research is operational management, physical work environment and work productivity. The research method used in data collection is by using library research to obtain secondary data obtained from data from employees of PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta.

       Results showed that the research hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there was a positive and significant effect of the physical work environment on employee work productivity. This means that the physical work environment in a company can affect employee work productivity, if the company has a conducive environment then employee productivity increases
