PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, HARGA DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA NAGANO FITNESS CENTER

Abstract


The purposes of this study are: 1.) To determine and analyze the effect of service quality on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 2.) To determine and analyze the effect of price on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 3.) To determine and analyze the effect of facilities on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 4.)

To determine and analyze the effect of service quality, price and facilities on the `satisfaction of Nagano Fitness Center.The theoretical basis used is marketing management, especially regarding service quality, price, facilities and user satisfaction.

This research was conducted in Samarinda. The samples taken were 80 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.

The results showed that 1.) Service quality variable had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, 2.) Price variable had no significant positive effect on user satisfaction, 3.) Facility variable had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, 4.) Service quality variable, price and facilities have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction
