ANALISIS PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PEMBUATAN AMPLANG DAPOOR MAA BUG DENGAN METODE EOQ

Abstract

Analysis of Raw Material Inventory for Making Amplang Dapoor Maa Bug Using the EOQ Method. Under the guidance of Mr. Imam Nazarudin Latif as a 1^st mentor and Mrs. Umi Kulsum as a 2^nd mentor.

The purpose of the study was to determine the level of optimization of the supply of tapioca flour in Dapoor maa Bug amplang. Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a mathematical model that determines the number of goods that must be ordered to meet the projected demand, with minimized inventory costs. The theoretical basis used in this research is operational management, inventory and Economic Order Quantity.

This research was conducted on the Dapoor Maa Bug amplang business located in Sungai Pinang Village, Sungai Pinang District, Samarinda City. The analysis used in this study was an analysis of the optimal number of purchases or orders, the frequency of purchases or orders that were economical, and the total cost of inventory based on the Economic method. Order Quantity (EOQ) to then be compared with the calculation according to Dapoor Maa Bug.

Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the cost of inventory of tapioca flour raw materials issued by Dapoor Maa Bug is higher when compared to the total inventory costs of tapioca flour based on the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method
