Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Sebelum dan Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The bank's financial performance is part of the bank's overall performance. The bank's overall performance is a description of the achievements achieved by the bank in its operations, both in terms of finance, marketing, fundraising and distribution, technology, and human resources. One of the performance assessments that can be done is financial performance to determine the soundness of the bank.

The theoretical basis of this research consists of financial management, ratios, financial performance, bank valuation. The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data taken from the Indonesia stock exchange www.idx.co.id The analysis tool of this study used a paired different sample test. The method used in this research is an event study (Event Study).

The results showed that the differences in the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic as measured by ROA and ROE values that there were differences in financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic and the BOPO value showed no differences before and during the Covid- 19 pandemic.
