Abstract


The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze: 1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT PLN Persero Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Samarinda. 2) The effect of occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT PLN Persero Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Samarinda. 3) The influence of work discipline and occupational health safety (K3) together on employee performance at PT PLN Persero Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Samarinda

This research was conducted on employees of PT PLN Persero Samarinda Customer Service Implementation Unit. Samples taken as many as 30 respondents with saturated sample method. Data collection techniques using field research and library research. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study show that 1) the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 2) Occupational safety and health variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance, this happens because employees of PT PLN Persero Samarinda Customer Service Implementation Unit have understood the standard operating procedures for the work to be carried out and use tools according to their uses such. 3) The variables of work discipline and occupational safety and health together have a significant effect on employee performance
