Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kharisma Rancangadi Pratama Bigland Samarinda

Abstract


Human resources play a very dominant role in company activities, every company is required to be able to compete in order to maintain the business it manages. One strategy is to pay attention to leadership, work discipline and employee performance. Leadership is defined as the ability to govern and influence other people, work discipline, namely the nature to comply with applicable regulations, and employee performance, namely the work results achieved by employees.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Kharisma Rancangadi Pratama Bigland Samarinda. The basic theory used in this study includes leadership and work discipline on employee performance.

This research was conducted on employees of PT. Kharisma Rancangadi Pratama Bigland Samarinda, the population in this study were all employees working at PT. Kharisma Rancangadi Pratama Bigland Samarinda. So in this study there were 80 employees, where the total population is the same as the number of samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS version 23 program.

The research results show that: 1). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Kharisma Rancangadi Pratama Bigland Samarinda.
