Abstract

This study aims to identify and evaluate Equipment Maintenance activities that still require improvement /as well as recommend what management needs in assessing the effectiveness of productions functions at PT. RPP Contractors Indonesia.

(management audit) is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the company’s operations. Management audit of production and operation function According is a productions and operations audit that conducts a comprehensive assessment of the entire production and operations function to determine whether this function has been running effectively.

The type of research used by the author is descriptive qualitative, using analytical techniques, namely the checklist method that uses a list of questions to analyze a system and is based on experience.

The results of the study based on the results of the management audit that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation equipment maintenance of production at PT.RPP Contractors Indonesia is effective. Overall equipment maintenance at PT. RPP Contractors Indonesia have been carried out in accordance with predetermined criteria.
