PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT ASURANSI BANGUN ASKRIDA CABANG SAMARINDA

Abstract


Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards work or the imbalance they receive at work. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze 1) The effect of compensation on job satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Samarinda Branch. 2) The influence of work enthusiasm on job satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Samarinda Branch. 3) The influence of improvement and work enthusiasm on job satisfaction at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Samarinda Branch.

 

This research was conducted only at PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Samarinda Branch. The type of research used by the author was quantitative description. The sample taken was 30 respondents using the non-probability sampling method and the sampling used was saturated sampling or census. Data collection techniques use field research with interviews and distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 statistical program.

 

The research results show that 1) Compensation variables have a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) The work morale variable has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) The variables Compensation and Work Morale together have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
