PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN FASILITAS KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN REPARASI PADA PT. CANDI PASIFIK KUTAI KARTANEGARA

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work facilities on employee work productivity at PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara and to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work facilities together on employee work productivity at PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara.

The theoretical basis of this research consists of human resource management, motivation, work facilities and work productivity. Primary data collection techniques. Primary data in this research was obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly and observations made by researchers.

The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara. In the motivation variable, PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara plays an important role in increasing employee work productivity, because the motivation given to PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara employees makes employees want to give the best for the company. Work facilities consisting of facilities and infrastructure, health insurance, incentives, compensation and career paths provide a positive and significant contribution to employee work productivity at PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara. This means that the better the facilities provided, the more work productivity of PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara employees will be able to increase. Motivation and work facilities simultaneously influence work productivity at PT Candi Pasifik Kutai Kartanegara. To encourage employees to work well, namely by paying attention to factors that can influence the level of employee work productivity, so that it will have an impact on work productivity and can improve company performance.
