PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT NUANSA SAKTI KENCANA DI KABUPATEN PASER

Abstract


This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The influence of leadership style on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees, 2) The influence of work motivation on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees, 3) The influence of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees. The theoretical basis used in this study includes human resource management, leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance.

The theoretical basis used in this study includes human resorce management, leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure each statement indicator. The analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The results showed that: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees. 2) Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees. 3) Leadership style and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana employees. These results illustrate that a good leadership style and work motivation can improve employee performance, and make employees enthusiastic about working in the office and field of PT Nuansa Sakti Kencana.
