Abstract


ABSTRACT

This research aims first, to determine the influence of safety, health, compensation and work discipline, the influence work safety, the effect of occupational health, find out the effect of compensation and to determine the influence of discipline work on employee performance at PT. Baramulti Suksessarana District. Kutai Kartanegara.

The population of this study was 111 people. Analyzed using ANOVA, it was found that the results were simultaneous with fcount>ftable (38.226>2.45) regression model for safety, occupational health, compensation and discipline Simultaneous work has a positive and significant influence. H1 safety work results obtained tcount > ttable ((3.873>1.982) then it is accepted, H2 occupational health the result obtained is tcount> ttable ((2,870>1,982) then it is accepted, H3 Compensation is obtained the result of tcount< ttable (1.551<1.982) is rejected, H4 work discipline results tcount<ttable ((0.894<1.982)) then rejected Then H1 from all independent variables to the dependent variable.

Then a validity test was used using the Brivate correlation method Pearson (Pearson Product Moment Correlation) where all questions are stated valid and reliability test using the Cronbach's Alpha method with all results the variable is declared reliable
