Inventory is a current asset that has a fairly high risk in company activities if not considered properly. The purpose of this study was to find out using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method at Ricky Pharmacy.

The theory used in this study is about inventory, types of inventory. The type of inventory used is qualitative descriptive with the analytical tools used are EOQ (Ecomoic Order Quantity), Safety Stock, and Reorder Point.

The results of the study stated that Ricky Pharmacy had not been optimal in ordering 70% Alcohol supplies, where Ricky Pharmacy had to place orders again before the inventory in the warehouse ran out. Using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method, Ricky's Pharmacy must reorder the Reorder Point when the amount of 70% Alcohol inventory in the warehouse is 10,37 boxes, then Ricky's Pharmacy must do maintenance so that production activities are not hampered.
