PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING DI PT SEJAHTERA ALBAROQAH KOTA SAMARINDA KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Abstract
The company must be able to create conditions that can encourage and provide comfort to develop, improve their abilities and skills optimally, one of which is by providing good compensation and motivation. The objectives to be achieved in this study are 1) To determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Sejahtera Albaroqah Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. 2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Sejahtera Albaroqah Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. 3) To determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sejahtera Albaroqah Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. The results showed that 1) The compensation variable has no significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Compensation and work motivation variables together - together have a
