AUDIT MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA UNTUK MENILAI EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PADA TEMPAT TUNGGU KELAHIRAN MAHAKAM ULU DI SAMARINDA

Abstract

The importance of conducting a human resources audit can be seen from several points of view, first, for the purposes of fulfilling various provisions of applicable laws, so that it can produce information on organizational activities related to the provisions of these laws. Human resource management audits are carried out on programs and activities carried out by the human resources function as well as on all human resource activities in the company. The management audit will propose improvements to the weaknesses found. These improvement suggestions aim to increase the company's ability to achieve expected profits and achieve other company goals that have been set and improve service effectiveness.

The aim of this research is: to determine and analyze the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the Human Resources function management audit at the Mahakam Ulu Birth Waiting Place in Samarinda. This research was conducted only within the scope of human resource management and the sections involved in human resources at the Mahakam Ulu Birth Waiting Place in Samarinda with a period of October 2023 to April 2024. The data collection technique used in this research was library research.

The research results showed that the implementation of the Human Resources function management audit at the Mahakam Ulu Birth Waiting Place in Samarinda was less effective, because the human resource management function was centered on the Head of Service who adjusted to the regional budget
