AUDIT MANAJEMEN ATAS FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH NURUL HIDAYAH TANAH MERAH
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of effectiveness of the management audit of the human resources function at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah Tanah Merah. The Audited human resource activities include: human resource planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, and performance appraisal.
This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique consists of documents related to the research variables and interviews. The analytical tool used in the research is the audit working paper from Bayangkara and the percentage score calculation formula from Dean J. Champion.
The results showed that the management audit of the human resources function at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah Tanah Merah has been running in an effective manner. function at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah Tanah Merah has run very effectively. Human resource activities consisting of human resource planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, and performance appraisal have run in accordance with established procedures. Performance has been running in accordance with predetermined procedures. The results of the calculation of the level of effectiveness reached 95%, the amount was categorized as very effective.Keywords
