PERAN PELATIHAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ANUGERAH BARA KALTIM DI SAMARINDA
Abstract
The success of a company is influenced by human resources within the company which can give rise to the potential for unprecedented business profits which are supported by the simultaneous increase and good productivity for the company and accompanied by getting the desired and satisfying results. There are many ways that can be done to improve employee performance, including job training and work discipline. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work training and work discipline partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
This research was conducted only on employees at PT Anugerah Bara Kaltim in Samarinda. The sample taken was 50 respondents using the sampling fed up method. Data collection techniques use field research and library research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The theoretical basis used in this research is human resource management, especially regarding job training, work discipline and employee performance. The research results show that 1) Job training has a significant effect on the productivity of employee performance at PT Anugerah Bara Kaltim in Samarinda 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the productivity of employee performance at PT Anugerah Bara Kaltim in Samarinda. 3) Job training and work discipline simultaneously influence the productivity of employee performance at PT Anugerah Bara Kaltim in Samarinda because the training program provided by the company is in accordance with the aim of improving employee performance with the right methods so that employees can improve skill and work discipline to improve employee performanceKeywords
