PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT JUSTIN BINTANG SAMUDERA MANDIRI SAMARINDA
Abstract
The success of a company is greatly influenced by the performance of its employees. Because an employee's performance is a very important starting point for creating progress and improvement within the company. In relation to employee performance in a company, human resources are needed who have discipline and good work standards/abilities, so that they can influence work results according to the company's quality standards. Performance is the result produced by certain job functions or activities in certain jobs in a certain time period. One way for the success of a company is influenced by internal leadership communication and employee work discipline. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal leadership communication and work discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of PT Justin Bintang Samudera Mandiri Samarinda employees.
This research was conducted to examine the the influence of internal communication and work discipline on employee performance in the finishing department at PT Justin Bintang Samudera Mandiri Samarinda which is located on Jl. H. Marhusin, RT 18, No 7, Samarinda City, East Kalimantan. This research was conducted during 2024. The sample taken was 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use field research and library research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The research results show that 1) Internal Leadership Communication has a significant effect on the performance of PT Justin Bintang Samudera Mandiri Samarinda employees. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT Justin Bintang Samudera Mandiri Samarinda employees. 3) Leadership Internal Communication and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of PT Justin Bintang Samudera Mandiri Samarinda employees.
