PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME DAN DISPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI PUSKESMAS BENGKURING
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The effect of professionalism on the work productivity of Bengkuring Health Center employees, 2) The effect of work discipline on the work productivity of Bengkuring Health Center employees, 3) The effect of professionalism and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of Bengkuring Health Center employees. The theoretical basis used in this study includes human resource management, professionalism, work discipline, and employee work productivity.
This research was conducted only on Bengkuring Health Center employees in Samarinda. The sample taken was 42 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Related data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure each statement indicator. The analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The research findings indicate that: 1) Professionalism has a positive and significant impact on the work productivity of employees at Puskesmas Bengkuring. This is due to the fact that the employees at Puskesmas Bengkuring possess good skills and experience in serving patients or the community. 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the work productivity of employees at Puskesmas Bengkuring. This is because the work discipline implemented at Puskesmas Bengkuring is already functioning as expected. 3) Both professionalism and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employees at Puskesmas Bengkuring. These results illustrate that good professionalism and work discipline can enhance employee productivity and motivate employees to work enthusiastically at Puskesmas Bengkuring.Keywords
