PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV BAROKAH MOTOR SAMARINDA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of CV Barokah Samarinda employees and to find out and analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline together on the performance of CV Barokah Motor Samarinda employees.
The theoretical basis of this research consists of human resource management, work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. Primary data collection techniques. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly and interviews conducted by researchers.
The results of this study show that work motivation obtained a partial test value (t-test) on work motivation is tcount < ttable (5.574 < 2.030), meaning that the indicators on work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of CV Barokah Motor Samarinda employees. Work discipline obtained a partial test score (t-test) in work discipline was tcount > ttable (1,618 > 2,030), meaning that the indicators in work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee performance of CV Barokah Motor Samarinda. A calculation value of 21,035 was obtained with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that work motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of CV Barokah Motor Samarinda employees.
