PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KERJASAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA ASTRA MOTOR SAMARINDA
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment and team collaboration on employee performance at Astra Motor Samarinda. and to find out and analyze the influence of competence, organizational commitment and collaborative teams together on employee performance at Astra Motor Samarinda.
The theoretical basis of this research consists of human resource management, competency, organizational commitment, collaboration time, and employee performance. Primary data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression.
The results of this research show that competency has a significant value on the performance of Astra Motor Samarinda employees. Organizational commitment has significant value on the performance of Astra Motor Samarinda employees. Collaborative teams have significant value on the performance of Astra Motor Samarinda employees. Competence, organizational commitment and team collaboration together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely the better the competency, organizational commitment and team collaboration, the greater the performance of Astra Motor Samarinda employees. Thus, it can be explained that if the variables of competence, organizational commitment and collaboration time at Astra Motor Samarinda increase, this will be followed by an increase in employee performance and vice versa if the variables of competency, organizational commitment and collaboration time at Astra Motor Samarinda decrease, this will be followed by a decrease. as well as operations employees.
