Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Toko Bang Mur Di Samarinda
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of BangMur Store employees in Samarinda and to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work discipline, and work environment together on the performance of BangMur Store employees in Samarinda.
The theoretical basis of this research consists of human resource management, leadership, work discipline, work environment and employee performance. Primary data collection techniques. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly and interviews conducted by researchers.
The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Toko Bang Mur Samarinda. In the leadership variable, Toko Bang Mur Samarinda plays an important role in directing and managing all employees, because good leadership from superiors can produce maximum employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Samarinda Bang Mur Store. Work discipline is something that must be instilled in every employee, because of the awareness and responsibility of a worker.
