PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN KOMBENG, MUARA WAHAU KAB.KUTAI TIMUR
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of management information systems on the quality of public services at the Kombeng District Office, Muara Wahau District. East Kutai. The theoretical basis used in this research includes management information systems on the quality of public services.
This research was conducted at the Kongbeng District Office. The research population used known population categories and a sample of 277 respondents was taken using the Non Probability Sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires from Google Form using a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression using the statistical program SPSS version 25.
The results of this research show that management information systems have a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services. This means that the better the management information system displayed, the higher the quality of public services for the people of Kombeng District.
