Pengaruh Kerja Sama Tim, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Prasetya Utama Energi Di Samarinda
Abstract
This study examines and analyzes the influence of teamwork, work motivation, and work discipline on employee work performance at PT Prasetya Utama Energi, Samarinda.
This research uses human resource management theories, teamwork, work motivation, work discipline, and employee work performance. The study collects primary data through interviews and questionnaires that respondents fill out directly. The analysis uses WarpPLS 6.0 software with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.
The study finds teamwork positively and significantly influences employee performance at PT Prasetya Utama Energi in Samarinda. Similarly, work motivation and discipline both positively and significantly affect employee performance. Teamwork, work motivation, and discipline explain 51% of the variation in employee performance (R2=0.51). Among these, the teamwork variable makes the most significant contribution.Keywords
