PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN FLEKSIBILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MITRA DRIVER GOJEK DI KOTA SAMARINDA

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and work flexibility on the performance of Gojek driver partners in Samarinda City. The theoretical foundation includes human resource management, compensation, job satisfaction, job flexibility, and performance. This study involved 97 respondents who were Gojek driver partners in Samarinda. The sample was selected using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out through observation and direct questionnaire distribution to respondents. The data were analyzed using WarpPLS 8.0 with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method.

The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of driver partners. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on performance. Similarly, work flexibility has a positive and significant impact on driver partner performance. The three variables together are able to explain the variability of Gojek driver partner performance by 64.2% (R² = 0.642). This shows that compensation, job satisfaction, and work flexibility are important factors that collectively contribute greatly to improving the performance of Gojek driver partners in Samarinda.
