Abstract


The high stock price illustrates the high value of the company, so the prosperity of investors is also high. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the role of profitability, liability policy, and investment decisions on company value. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with skunder data. Data collection techniques use purposive sampling. The data analysis used is in the form of annual financial statements for coal sub-sector companies on the IDX for the period 2016 to 2021. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed profitability, liability policy has no effect on the value of the company. Meanwhile, investment decisions affect the value of the company. This illustrates that the higher the investment policy will affect the value of the company.
