Analisis Pengendalian dan Persediaan Obat Pada Apotek Ricky Dengan Menggunakan Metode Analisis ABC Periode Agustus – Oktober 2023

Abstract

Ricky Pharmacy is a pharmacy located on Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo Samarinda and is also a pharmacy that is well known to the local community because it has been established in 2001. Ricky Pharmacy controls drug supplies only by estimating the number of existing drug stocks and without using certain methods in carry out drug control. This research aims to find out what the internal control policy for drug supplies is carried out by Ricky Pharmacy. This type of research is a case study with secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is data obtained from previously existing data. Secondary data in this study is drug control. Secondary data was obtained from documents such as a list of drug names, number of drug sales and drug prices at Ricky Pharmacy. Primary data is data obtained from direct interviews with the owner of Ricky Pharmacy. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The method used in this research is the Always Better Control (ABC) method which can help management determine appropriate controls for each group of drugs and determine which drugs should be prioritized to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The research results show that the use of the ABC analysis method influences the drug control process.
