Author Guidelines

Istilah-istilah berikut ini dapat digunakan oleh penulis untuk menerbitkan manuskrip di JoL Journal (Journal of Law): 
Orisinalitas Skrip 
  • Artikel adalah karya ilmiah berupa gagasan konseptual atau hasil penelitian.
  • Artikel ini merupakan karya asli dan belum pernah dipublikasikan di media cetak lain.
  • Naskah yang sedang dalam proses untuk dipublikasikan ke penerbit lain.
  • Penulis dari semua nama yang berkontribusi pada kontribusi artikel.
  • Naskah yang diserahkan oleh penulis telah mendapat persetujuan dari semua kontributor.
  • Apabila terjadi sengketa terkait naskah yang diterbitkan, maka menjadi tanggung jawab penulis untuk menyelesaikannya

Article writing includes:

  • Title,
  • The title reflects the focus of the research. The title should be simple, bold, and emphatic. The maximum character is 14 words or 100 characters.
  • Researcher Name and Identity,
  • Include (all) my full name, management, and email. Not allowed for titles, achievements, and residential addresses.
  • Abstract
  • Abstract and keywords consist of 100-200 words in one paragraph without tables, quotes, and references.
  • Keywords,
  • Keywords may have three to five specific words or phrases related to the subject being discussed.
  • Introduction,
  • Contains an introduction, findings of the latest legal issues, and conclusions or conclusions
  • Footnotes
  • Bibliographic citations are footnotes arranged in numerical superscript form. The source cited must be the author's complete information such as full name, article title, year of publication, date of publication, and cited pages. The following citations from the same source may include only the author's name, two or three words of the title, and certain page numbers. Please indicate that it is not allowed to use ibid., Idem., Op. cit., Loc. cit., and the like;

    Research Results and Discussion,
    The discussion is prepared by highlighting the results of research that have received wide attention, explaining their meaning, comparing them with the results of other studies to provide direction for further research.

    Conclusion,
    The main conclusions of this study can be presented in a brief Conclusion section, which can stand alone or be a subsection of the Results and Discussion section and are not numbered but in paragraph form.

    Example:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. Articles are scientific papers in the form of conceptual ideas or research results.
    This article is an original work and has never been published in other print media.
    Articles can be written in Indonesian and English on A4 paper as many as 10-15 pages, the provisions use Times New Roman, Font 12.

  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
