ANALISIS PROFITABILITAS PADA PT CIPUTRA DEVELOPMENT Tbk SELAMA TAHUN 2019-2021

Abstract

           The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) Profitability in terms of Return On Assets (ROA) PT Ciputra Development Tbk in 2019-2021. 2) Profitability in terms of Net Profit Margin (NPM) of PT Ciputra Development Tbk in 2019-2021. 3) Profitability in terms of Return On Equity (ROE) of PT Ciputra Development Tbk in 2019-2021.

          The theoritical basis used in this study is financial management. The  analytical tool used in this study is a profitability ratio consisting of return on assets, net profit margin and return on equity. The required research data is 3 years, namely in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The results showed: 1) Profitability in terms of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Equity (ROE) in 2019-2020 has decreased and Profitability in terms of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Equity (ROE) in 2021 has increased.

           The results showed that the profitability ratio in terms of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) in PT Ciputra Development Tbk during 2019-2020 experienced a decline and profitability in terms of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) in PT Ciputra Development Tbk during 2021 has increased.
