Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT.Agung Podomoroland Tbk Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2018-2021

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Agung Podomoroland Tbk from 2018 to 2021 based on the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. The data collection technique used was library research, namely obtaining secondary data from www.idx.co.id and www.agungpodomoroland.com. The data analysis performed is based on financial performance Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt To Total Asset (DAR),Debt To  Total Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit  Margin (NPM).

The population in this study are property and real estate companies which are one of the industrial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The property and real estate industry is an industry engaged in the development of services by facilitating the development of integrated and dynamic areas.

The results of this study indicate that the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland,Tbk based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) in good condition, based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio (Quick Ratio) in good conditions, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland, Tbk based on the results of calculating the liquidity ratio (Cash Ratio) in good condition, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland,Tbk based on the calculation of solvency ratio (Debt To  Total Asset) in good condition, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland,Tbk based on the calculation of solvency ratio (Debt To Total Equity) in bad condition, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland, Tbk based on the results of calculating the profitability ratio (Return On Asset) in unfavorable conditions, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland, Tbk based on the results of calculating the profitability ratio (Return On Equity) is fluctuating, the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland, Tbk based on the results of calculating the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) is in poor condition.
