PENGARUH PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DAN SOP TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. KALIMANTAN PERSADA COAL

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and SOP on the performance of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. The theoretical basis used in this study includes occupational safety and health (K3) and SOPs for employee performance.

This research was conducted on employees working at PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal, the population of this study used known population categories and samples were taken as many as 65 respondents using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling methods. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires from googleform using linkert scales to measure each indicator. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistical program.

The results of this study show that 1) Occupational safety and health (K3) has an insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. This means that occupational safety and health (K3) in the field of work of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal does not really affect the performance of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. 2) SOPs have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. This means that the better the SOP used, the better the performance of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. 3) The implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and SOP together have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Kalimantan Persada Coal. This means that if the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and SOP together increases, employee performance will also increase.
