PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN NON FISIK TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. PERTAMINA HULU KALIMANTAN TIMUR DI KECAMATAN MARANG KAYU

Abstract


This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of physical and non-physical work environment on work productivity at PT Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan. The theoretical basis used in this study includes physical and non-physical work on productivity.

      This research was conducted on employees of PT Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan, a population of 40 respondents using the simple random sampling method technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires with SPSS version 26 tools.

       The results showed that 1) The physical work environment has a significant effect on the work productivity. Indicates the physical work environment is supported by a conducive workspace, supportive work facilities. If the physical work environment is further improved, productivity increases. 2) The non-physical work environment has no significant effect on the work productivity. Indicates that the non-physical work environment such as the atmosphere in the workplace is disturbed by noise, the relationship between superiors and subordinates who lack interaction does not affect employees at work. 3) The physical and non-physical work environment has a significant effect on the work productivity. This is if the physical and non-physical work environment is improved together, the work productivity of PT Pertamina Hulu East Kalimantan will increase.
