Abstract


The Effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Employee Performancet Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Perumahan Rakyat Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze : 1) The Effect of Leadership Style on employee performance at DPUPR dan PERA Provinsi Kaltim 2) The effect of Work Motivation on employee performance at DPUPR dan PERA Provinsi Provinsi Kaltim 3) Effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation on employee performance DPUPR dan PERA Provinsi Kaltim.

This research was conducted only on employees DPUPR dan PERA. Samples taken as many as 186 respondents with sprobability sample method. Data collection techniques using field research and library research.. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study show that 1) Tthe Leadership Style variable have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) work discipline variables a significant effect one employee performance. 3) The variables Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
