PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN FLEKSIBILITAS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DRIVER GRAB DI SAMARINDA

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of Grab drivers in Samarinda. The theoretical foundation of this research includes human resource management, compensation, and performance. The data used in this study are primary data. Primary data collection techniques involve the use of questionnaires filled out directly by respondents and observations made by researchers.

The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grab drivers in Samarinda. The compensation provided affects drivers' motivation and job satisfaction, which in turn improves their performance. This study found that the better the compensation received by drivers, the higher their performance in carrying out their tasks.

Thus, adequate compensation plays an important role in improving the productivity and performance of Grab drivers in Samarinda. This study recommends that Grab management pay attention to and optimize the compensation system to motivate drivers, in order to achieve better and more efficient work results.
