PENGARUH STRES KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT JASA BERDIKARI LOGISTICS TBK SAMARINDA

Abstract


This study aims to find out and analyze (1) the effect of work stress on employee performance, (2) the influence of workload on employee performance, (3) the effect of work stress and workload simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk Samarinda. The theoretical basis in this study includes work stress and workload on employee performance..

This research was conducted on employees of PT. Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk Samarinda, this study uses the census method or also called total sampling (total sampling), a sample taken by 59 respondents using a non-probability sampling method, precisely purposive sampling. Data collection uses the online questionnaire method from google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistical program version 23.

The findings of this study explain that (1) Work Stress Variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk Samarinda, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) The Workload variable had a significant effect on the performance of the performance of the company at PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk Samarinda, with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, Work Stress and Workload had a significant effect on Employee Performance with 57.6% presentation, while the remaining 42.4% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.
