PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN SDM TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TIKI JALUR NUGRAHA EKAKURIR (JNE) SAMARINDA
Abstract
The Effect of HR Traning and Empowerment on PT Employee Satisfaction. Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Samarinda. Under the guidance of Mrs. Elfreda Aplonia Lau as supervisior I and Mr. Akhmad Al. Aidhi, as supervisior II.
This research was conducted to examine the influence of job traning and HR empowerment employee job satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Samarinda.
This research was conducted on employees of PT. Tiki jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Samarinda used a sampling techniquw method by taking a sample of 51 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 30.
The result of the research showed that : (1) the job training variable has an influence on consumer job satisfaction (2) the HR empowerment variable has no significant effect on consumer job satisfaction. (3) Simultaneously, it can be concluded that job training and the HR empowerment variable influence consumer job satisfaction with a presentation of 96.6%.Keywords
