PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA KENCANA SAMARINDA

Abstract


Every company wants every employee to work productively without exception. Increasing employee work productivity cannot be achieved without factors that support it. One of the factors that supports employee work productivity is the work environment and rewards. The work environment has a comfortable impact on every employee, so it is very important to have a work environment to boost employee work productivity. Reward is a motivation so that employees can increase their work productivity. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and rewards partially or simultaneously on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda employees.

This research was conducted only by PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda employees. The sample taken was 78 respondents using the method purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use field research and library research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results show that 1) The work environment has a significant effect on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda employees. 2) Awards have a significant effect on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda employees. 3) Work Environment and Rewards simultaneously have a significant effect on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana Samarinda employees.
