PENGARUH TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PRIMA MULTI USAHA INDONESIA

Abstract


This research aims to: 1) determine and analyze the influence total quality management on employee performance. 2) find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. 3) knowing and analyzing the influence total quality management and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance.

The theoretical basis used is operational management, especially theory total quality management, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted only on employees of PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia. The sample taken was 51 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use field research and library research. Data collection by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results show that 1) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia employees. 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia employees. 3) Total Quality Management (TQM) and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Multi Usaha Indonesia employees.
