ANALISIS EFISIENSI SALURAN DISTRIBUSI RANTAI PASOK BERAS DI DESA SIDOMULYO KECAMATAN ANGGANA

Abstract


Sidomulyo Village faces challenges caused by the increase in rice prices, while Sidomulyo Village also needs to maintain economic stability and community welfare, so this study aims to find out and analyze the efficiency of the rice supply chain marketing channel in Sidomulyo Village.

The theoretical basis used is operational management, especially Marketing Margin and Farmer's Share . This research was carried out only on the flow of the rice supply chain. In Sidomulyo Anggana Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, there are two efficient marketing channels, the flow of the supply chain starts from farmers, collectors, millers, wholesalers, and consumers. Products from upstream to downstream flow in the form of wet rice until it becomes rice that is accepted by consumers. The analysis tool used in this study is a marketing channel measured by marketing margin and farmer's share. Describing the rice supply chain in Sidomulyo Village

The results of the study show that 1) The rice supply chain in Sidomulyo Village, Anggana District, consists of farmers, collectors, millers, wholesalers, and consumers. Products from upstream to downstream flow in the form of wet grain, rice to become rice that is received by consumers 2) Marketing efficiency can be said to be efficient and the channel in marketing channel I has a Farmer's Share of 87% of the consumer purchase price in channel I has the highest percentage because producers directly sell it to retailers. Channel Il has a Farmer's Share of 62%, of the consumer's t price. These results show that the farmer's share in Sidomulyo Village is efficient.
