Pengaruh Perilaku Pemimpin Dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada CV Rumah Makan Padang Sabana Di Samarinda

Abstract


This study aims to determine and analyze whether the phenomena that occur in CV Rumah Makan Padang Sabana in Samarinda, namely the leader of the Padang Sabana Restaurant in Samarinda in providing motivation to employees, is considered less than optimal and employees lack enthusiasm in working with other fellow employees. Can be resolved using the Leader Behavior Variable (X1), Employee Commitment (X2), and Employee Job Performance (Y).

               The population in this study were 35 employees of CV Padang Sabana Restaurant in Samarinda. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Researchers obtained data by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to employees to fill out, then calculated using the SPSS application.

               Based on the results of hypothesis research, it shows that the tcount of 2.562> ttable of 2.032 with the significance value of leader behavior (X1) on work performance (Y) is 0.015 < α = 0.05, so leader behavior has a positive and significant effect on work performance on employees of CV Padang Sabana Restaurant in Samarinda.

Employee commitment shows the tcount of 4.412> ttable of 2.032 with a significance value of employee commitment (X2) on work performance (Y) is 0.000 < α = 0.05 employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance in employees of CV Rumah Makan Padang Sabana in Samarinda. Leader behavior and employee commitment show the results that Fcount of 137.477> Ftable of 2.880 with a significance value of 0.000 < α = 0.05 has a significant effect together or simultaneously on employee work performance at CV Rumah Makan Padang Sabana in Samarinda.
