Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Terhadap Pelayanan Publik Di Kantor Kecamatan Bongan Kabupaten Kutai Barat

Abstract


This research was conducted on the employees of the Bongan District Office, West Kutai Regency. The sample taken consisted of 40 respondents using the saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using field research and library research. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in the research uses multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results show that 1) The work culture variable has a positive and significant impact on public service. This occurs because in the Bongan District Office, Kutai Barat Regency, the influence of work culture is very pronounced where employees respect each other and uphold cooperation, thus being able to provide more responsive service. 2) The work motivation variable has a positive and significant impact on public service. This occurs because employees in the Bongan District Office, Kutai Barat Regency, tend to feel more motivated when working in an office that provides bonuses and training, as this creates a sense of appreciation for their efforts. 3) The work culture variable has a positive and significant impact on public service. This occurs because employees in the Bongan District Office, Kutai Barat Regency, always prioritize work  ethics  such  as  discipline  in  arriving  at  the

workplace on time, being polite, and being responsible for their duties.
