ABSTRACT
The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty on Employee Performance at CV Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang. Under the guidance of Dr. Titin Ruliana as the first supervisor and Mrs. Nurfitriani as the second supervisor. In this era of competition, every company must be able to develop and improve itself by implementing structured programs to improve employee performance. There are various ways to improve employee performance, including job satisfaction and employee loyalty.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and employee loyalty partially and simultaneously on employee performance CV. Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang.
This research was conducted solely on employees of CV. Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang. A sample of 30 respondents was taken using a saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used field research and library research. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV. Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang, while Employee Loyalty has a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV. Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang, and Job Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of CV. Parindo Celluler Samarinda Seberang.
